EXTRACTMAX™ combines the tried-and-tested automation of Gilson's personal pipetting robot, PIPETMAX®, with an innovative manual magnetic bead extraction platform, EXTRACTMAN®. This system features a unique magnetic head protected by a disposable bead capture strip to prevent contamination. A custom-designed plate accommodates the sample and three wash steps, followed by a final elution, all while processing up to four samples in parallel.

FAST, HIGH-YIELD, AND HIGH-PURITY ISOLATIONS WITHOUT LONG WASHING STEPS

Achieve rapid isolations with high yield and purity without the need for prolonged washing steps, thanks to our exclusive Exclusion-based Sample Preparation (ESP™) technology. EXTRACTMAX effectively captures weakly bound protein complexes without subjecting them to the high shear forces of traditional pipetting wash steps, ensuring no contamination, dilution, or loss of the original sample.

REPRODUCIBILITY

With walk-away automation, EXTRACTMAX allows for hands-free operation, eliminating variability between users and enabling consistent results and reliable day-to-day comparisons.
