The VERITY® 281 HPLC System combines the versatility of a large capacity platform with multiple selective detection options for semi-preparative to preparative HPLC purifications. All configurations accommodate novel injection and fraction collection capabilities within a single platform, with one or more detection options, including the VERITY® 1741 UV/VIS, the VERITY® 1601 evaporative light scattering (ELS), as well as conductivity and pH monitoring with the VERITY® 1810. This is the ideal solution for laboratories seeking effective isolation of hundreds of pure compounds from synthetic and natural products from lab to pilot scale.

High Throughput Purification in a Space-Saving Design

The VERITY 281 HPLC Systems are built around the VERITY GX-281 liquid handler/fraction collector with a bench-saving footprint featuring separate fluid pathways for samples and fractions collection. With its syringeless solvent delivery system and the ability to use up to two GX Direct Injection Modules, this liquid handler accommodates injection volumes of µL to 50 mL from hundreds of samples and fractions collection vessels from a few milliliters to hundreds of milliliters.

Modular Components for a Multitude of Options

Using this large capacity liquid handler as a starting point, choose from several high-pressure gradient mixing pumping solutions, achieving flow rates up to 200 mL/min and pressures up to 8700 psi (600 bar), and combine it with one of the valve switching options available to automate any purification workflows. Gilson systems can support scaling up from 4.6 mm up to 50 mm ID columns with detection options that offer the sensitivity and reproducibility you need to monitor your separations.
