Gilson’s Business Code of Conduct: Making a Positive Impact with Integrity in Mind

At Gilson, we believe that conducting business ethically and striving to do the right thing are vital to the success of our company.

It is essential that we collaborate with partners who share our values and convictions, and we prefer to work with those who are environmentally and socially progressive. We also aim to protect our culture with a commitment to ethical leadership.

Gilson is a global company that is subject to the highest standards of ethical conduct and behavior. As an organization with multiple legal entities operating in different jurisdictions, our legal department, in collaboration with our Quality Department, has written a Code of Conduct that applies to all Gilson partners to build and preserve trust with our customers, governments, representatives, distributors, and each other so that we can achieve our mission.

A formal Code of Conduct helps us make decisions in our daily work and demonstrates that we take our legal and ethical responsibilities seriously. This is a living document that will be amended regularly to address changing laws or procedures that impact our business.

“Our commitment to ethical, responsible, and sustainable business practices at Gilson drives us to act with integrity and transparency in everything we do. This is what our customers and partners expect of us and what we require from each other. We believe that how a company does business is as important as its financial performance and the quality of its products and services,” explains Vanessa Charpentier, Legal Manager. “Our partners are expected to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations of the countries in which they operate. We request our partners strictly adhere to the commitments outlined in this Code of Conduct and ensure that their subcontractors comply by providing access to it”.
